Ingredients:
- 500 g chicken fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 bell pepper
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 100 ml cream
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Dice the bell pepper.
2. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, sauté for a few minutes.
3. Add the chicken fillets to the pan and cook until they are fully cooked and golden brown, about 10-15 minutes.
4. Add the diced bell pepper and cherry tomatoes to the pan, and cook for another 5 minutes.
5. Pour in the cream and balsamic vinegar, mix well, and season with salt and pepper.
6. Let the dish simmer on low heat for a few minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
7. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
