- 4 medium potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
Instructions:
1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin strips.
2. Rinse the potato strips in cold water and dry them thoroughly with a kitchen towel.
3. Place the potato strips in a bowl and add the olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and rosemary. Mix well to ensure the spices coat the potatoes evenly.
4. Spread the seasoned potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake at 200°C (about 400°F) for 20-25 minutes, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy. Flip the fries halfway through the cooking time.
6. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
