Ingredients:
- 4 medium potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions:
1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin strips lengthwise.
2. Rinse the potato strips in cold water and dry them thoroughly.
3. Place the potatoes in a bowl and add olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Mix well to ensure the seasonings are evenly distributed.
4. Pour the potatoes onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread them out evenly.
5. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for about 25-30 minutes, or until the fries are golden brown and crispy. Turn the fries halfway through the cooking time.
6. Serve hot and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
