Ingredients:

- 2 packs of pea soup (450 g)
- 3 dl water
- 1 tablespoon marjoram

Herb Cream:

- 2 dl heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons fresh herbs (e.g., parsley and chives)
- Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat the pea soup in a pot with the water and marjoram. Allow it to simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, prepare the herb cream. Whip the heavy cream in a bowl until it thickens slightly.
3. Add the herbs to the cream and season with salt and black pepper. Mix well.
4. Serve the hot pea soup in bowls and spoon the herb cream on top.
