Ingredients:

- 200 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti or fusilli)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 100 g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 100 g fresh spinach
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions:

1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and reserve a little cooking water.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and diced onion, sautéing until soft.
3. Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for a few minutes until they start to soften.
4. Stir in the fresh spinach and mix until wilted.
5. Combine the cooked pasta with the contents of the skillet and stir. If needed, add a little reserved cooking water to prevent the pasta from drying out.
6. Season with salt and pepper. Serve topped with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
