Delicious and crispy fries that are the perfect side for any meal. Preparation time is about 30 minutes, and this recipe serves 4.Ingredients:
- 4 medium potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Fresh herbs (e.g., rosemary or thyme) for garnish
Instructions:
1. Peel and cut the potatoes into thin strips lengthwise.
2. Rinse the potato strips in cold water and dry them well.
3. Place the potatoes in a bowl and add olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Mix well to coat all the potatoes evenly.
4. Spread the seasoned potatoes evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake at 220°C (425°F) for about 25-30 minutes, until the fries are golden brown and crispy. Flip the fries halfway through the baking time.
