Ingredients:
- 800 g potatoes
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary or 1 tsp dried
- 50 g Parmesan cheese, grated (optional)
Instructions:
1. Peel and cut the potatoes into thin strips.
2. Boil the potatoes in salted water for about 5 minutes until slightly softened. Drain and let cool.
3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the crushed garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
4. Add the potato strips to the skillet and season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and rosemary. Cook for about 15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
5. If using Parmesan, sprinkle it over the potatoes and mix well. Allow the cheese to melt before serving.
6. Serve warm.
