- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions:
1. Lightly toast the slices of bread on both sides.
2. Grate the garlic clove over the toasted bread.
3. Cut the tomatoes in half and rub the flesh onto the bread.
4. Drizzle olive oil over the top, and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
