Soft and delicious treats perfect for coffee breaks or snacks. Preparation time: 1 hour
Serving size: 12 buns
Ingredients:
- 5 dl flour - 1 tsp baking powder
- 4 tbsp granulated sugar
- 30 g butter, chopped
- 80 g milk
- 1 egg
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit). 2. In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and sugar together.
3. Add the chopped butter to the flour mixture and rub it in until the mixture resembles crumbs.
4. Make a small well in the mixture and pour in the milk and beaten egg.
5. Stir the dough until it is smooth and all ingredients are well combined.
6. Shape the dough into small buns and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
7. Bake the buns in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
