Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 4 egg yolks
- 100 ml brandy or rum
- 200 ml milk
- 200 ml cream
Instructions:
1. In a cold saucepan, whisk together the egg yolks and powdered sugar.
2. Stir in the cream and milk into the egg yolk mixture.
3. Heat the mixture over low heat, stirring continuously, until it thickens. Do not let it boil.
4. Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the alcohol. Mix well.
5. Pour the Eggnog into glasses and serve.
