Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets - 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons dukkah spice mix
- Salt to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions:
1. Preheat the grill or oven to 200°C (400°F). 2. Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil on both sides.
3. Sprinkle the dukkah spice mix evenly over the salmon.
4. Season with salt to taste.
5. Grill or bake the salmon for 10-15 minutes, until cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
