Ingredients:
- 4 medium potatoes - 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Fresh herbs (e.g., rosemary or thyme) (optional)
Instructions:
1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin strips lengthwise. 2. Place the potato strips in a bowl and pour the olive oil over them. Add salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Mix well to evenly coat the potatoes with the spices.
3. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
4. Spread the seasoned potatoes evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
