A modern twist on traditional French fish soup, this delightful seafood tartare is perfect for impressing guests or trying new skills in the kitchen.

Ingredients:

- 200 g fresh salmon
- 200 g fresh tuna
- 200 g shrimp
- 1 small red onion
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh dill for garnish
- Baguette for serving
- Rouille sauce

Instructions:

1. Peel the shrimp and remove the intestinal tract. Cut the salmon and tuna into small cubes.
2. Finely chop the red onion and add it to the seafood in a bowl.
3. Squeeze the lemon juice into the bowl and add the olive oil and Dijon mustard. Mix well.
4. Season the mixture with salt and black pepper. Combine the seafood with the dressing and let it marinate in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
5. Serve the tartare with baguette and rouille sauce. Garnish with fresh dill.
