Blueberry Pie in Mini Pans

A delicious and easy-to-make blueberry pie, perfect for individual servings.
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Baking Time: 20-45 minutes
Serving Size: 6 mini pies
Ingredients:
- 200 g margarine
- 1.5 dl sugar
- 4.5 dl rye flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 400 g blueberries
- 1.2 dl sugar (for filling)
- 0.5 dl potato flour
Instructions:
1. Melt the margarine and allow it to cool.
2. Add 1.5 dl sugar to the cooled margarine and mix well.
3. Combine the rye flour and baking powder, then add to the margarine-sugar mixture.
4. Set aside 1/4 of the dough, and press the remaining dough into the bottom and sides of either a large pie pan or six small pans.
5. Prepare the filling by mixing the blueberries, 1.2 dl sugar, and potato flour. Spoon the filling into the pans.
6. Crumble the reserved dough over the berries to cover the filling.
7. Bake the mini pans in a 200°C oven for about 20 minutes and the large pan for 40-45 minutes.
