- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the potatoes into your desired size.
2. Boil the potatoes in salted water for about 10 minutes until they are slightly soft.
3. Drain the potatoes and transfer them to a bowl.
4. Add olive oil, salt, black pepper, herbs, and minced garlic to the potatoes.
5. Mix well to ensure the seasonings are evenly distributed.
6. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet and roast at 200°C (400°F) for about 20-25 minutes, until they are golden brown and crispy.
