A delicious and easy dessert that combines sweet banana, creamy filling, and a crunchy biscuit base. This sweet treat is perfect for serving at parties or as an everyday indulgence. Preparation Time: 30 minutes + chilling time
Serving Size: 8-10 servings
Ingredients:
- 100 g butter
- 300 g biscuits
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 4 dl heavy cream
- 3 bananas
- A pinch of sugar
- Chocolate shavings for decoration
Instructions:
1. Melt the butter in a saucepan or microwave.
2. Crush the biscuits into fine crumbs. You can place them in a plastic bag and crush them with a rolling pin until finely ground.
3. Mix the biscuit crumbs and melted butter in a bowl until well combined.
4. Press the biscuit mixture firmly into the bottom of a pie dish.
5. In a saucepan, cook the condensed milk over low heat for about 1 hour, until it thickens and turns a beautiful golden brown. Allow it to cool.
6. Whip the heavy cream and add a pinch of sugar.
7. Slice the bananas and layer them on top of the biscuit base.
8. Pour the cooked condensed milk over the bananas.
9. Finally, add the whipped cream on top of the condensed milk.
10. Decorate with chocolate shavings and refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours before serving.
