Banoffee Pudding

A delicious dessert featuring layers of caramel, banana, and whipped cream. Preparation Time: 2 hours (including cooling)
Serving Size: 8 servings
Ingredients:
- 200 g digestive biscuits
- 100 g butter
- 400 g condensed milk
- 3 bananas
- 300 ml heavy cream
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- Chocolate shavings for garnish
Instructions:
1. Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs and mix them with the melted butter.
2. Press the biscuit-butter mixture evenly into the bottom of a cake tin.
3. In a saucepan, cook the condensed milk over low heat for about 1.5 hours until it turns into caramel. Allow it to cool.
4. Spread the caramel over the biscuit base.
5. Slice the bananas and arrange them on top of the caramel.
6. Whip the heavy cream with the sugar and vanilla sugar until soft peaks form.
7. Spread the whipped cream over the bananas.
8. Garnish with chocolate shavings.
9. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
