Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 4 ripe bananas - 2 tablespoons cocoa powder (optional)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Peel the bananas and cut them into small pieces. 2. Place the banana pieces in a bowl and mash them into a smooth mixture.
3. Add cocoa powder, honey (or maple syrup), and salt to the mashed banana mixture. Mix well.
4. Pour the banana mixture into a freezer-safe container and smooth the top.
5. Cover the container tightly with a lid or plastic wrap and place it in the freezer.
6. Allow the ice cream to freeze for about 4 hours or until completely solid.
7. Remove the ice cream from the freezer and let it sit for a moment before serving to make scooping easier.
