Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 dl rolled oats
- 1 dl muesli
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Mash the bananas in a bowl.
2. Add the rolled oats, muesli, eggs, vanilla sugar, and salt to the mashed bananas. Mix until a smooth batter forms.
3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
4. Spoon the batter onto the pan and cook the pancakes for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
5. Serve the pancakes with berries and enjoy!
