Ingredients:
- 4 medium potatoes
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
Instructions:
1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into long sticks.
2. Rinse the potato sticks under cold water and dry them well.
3. Place the potato sticks in a bowl and add the oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Mix well to ensure the spices coat the potatoes evenly.
4. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
5. Spread the seasoned potatoes evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes until the fries are golden brown and crispy, turning them halfway through the cooking time.
