Panini and Donuts with Tefal Snack Collection

Preparation Time: 30 minutes Serving Size: 4 paninis and 12 donuts
Ingredients:
- For Paninis:
- 4 panini breads
- 200 g ham
- 200 g cheese (e.g., mozzarella or cheddar)
- 1 tomato
- Fresh basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- For Donuts:
- 250 g all-purpose flour
- 100 g sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 125 ml milk
- 50 g melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- Powdered sugar (for decoration)
Instructions:
1. Paninis:
- Cut the panini breads open.
- Layer ham, cheese, sliced tomato, and fresh basil in between the bread.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Place the panini on the Tefal Snack Collection grill and close the lid. Cook for about 5-7 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown.
2. Donuts:
- In a bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla sugar. Mix until smooth.
- Preheat the Tefal Snack Collection donut pan and pour batter into the molds.
- Bake the donuts for about 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
