Ingredients:
- 500 g potatoes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 50 g Parmesan cheese, grated (optional)
Instructions:
1. Peel and cut the potatoes into strips or cubes.
2. Boil the potatoes in salted water for about 5-7 minutes until slightly tender.
3. Drain the potatoes and let them cool for a moment.
4. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
5. Add the crushed garlic and sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
6. Add the boiled potatoes to the skillet and mix well.
7. Sprinkle with rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Cook the potatoes for 10-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
8. Serve warm, and if desired, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
