Delicious anchovy herring rolls are the perfect appetizer or addition to your festive table. Easy to prepare, they offer wonderful flavors. Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 4 herring fillets
- 4 anchovy fillets
- (bunch) chives
- (bunch) dill
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 1 cup cream
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions:
1. Rinse the herring fillets in cold water and gently pat them dry.
2. In a bowl, mix the mustard, cream, chopped chives, and dill.
3. Spread the mustard mixture over the herring fillets.
4. Place one anchovy fillet on top of each herring fillet.
5. Roll the herring fillets tightly and secure with a toothpick.
6. Roll the rolls in breadcrumbs until fully coated.
7. Fry the rolls in hot oil in a pan until they are beautifully golden brown.
8. Serve warm or cold, garnished with dill sprigs.
