Ingredients:
- 200 g butter - 250 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 300 g all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 100 ml milk
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- Colorful fondants (black, red, yellow, green)
- Cake decorations (e.g., Angry Birds figurines)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.2. Beat the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4. In a separate bowl, combine the flour and baking powder. Gradually add the dry mixture and milk to the batter, alternating between the two.
5. Stir in the vanilla sugar until well combined.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake in the oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
