A delicious and fruity pie featuring a delightful combination of pineapple and raspberries. Perfect for dessert or a sweet snack.

Serving Size: 8 servings
Ingredients:
- 125 g butter or margarine
- 1 dl sugar
- 3 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1 dl pineapple chunks (canned)
- 1 dl raspberries (fresh or frozen)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
2. In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Add the egg and mix well.
4. In a separate bowl, combine the flour and baking powder.
5. Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and stir until a smooth dough forms.
6. Grease a pie dish and pour the dough into it, spreading it evenly.
7. Scatter the pineapple chunks and raspberries over the top of the dough.
8. Bake in the oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the pie is golden brown.
9. Allow to cool before serving. Enjoy!
