A delicious and visually appealing strawberry cake featuring fresh strawberries and a soft cake base without cream frosting. Perfect for summer treats.

Serving Size: 8-10 servings
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 1.5 dl sugar
- 1 dl milk
- 1 dl oil
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 500 g fresh strawberries
- Powdered sugar for decoration
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.
2. Whisk together the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Add the milk and oil, and mix well.
4. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and vanilla sugar. Gradually add the dry mixture to the egg mixture, stirring until smooth.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cake is golden brown and cooked through.
6. Allow the cake to cool before removing it from the pan.
7. Slice the cake in half and layer fresh strawberries in between. Decorate the top with more strawberries and sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
