Ingredients:
- 2 bananas - 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 2 cups almond milk (or any plant-based milk)
- 1 tablespoon honey (or sweetener of choice)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- Ice (optional)
Instructions:
1. Peel the bananas and cut them into pieces. 2. Add the bananas, strawberries, almond milk, honey, chia seeds, and vanilla extract to a blender.
3. Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
4. If desired, add ice for a cooler and thicker texture, and blend again.
