Delicious and crispy, these French fries make the perfect side for burgers or salads.

Ingredients:
- 4 medium potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions:
1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin strips.
2. Soak the potato strips in cold water for about 15 minutes to make them crispier.
3. Drain the potatoes and dry them thoroughly with a kitchen towel.
4. Place the potatoes in a bowl and add olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Mix well.
5. Spread the seasoned potatoes evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for about 20-25 minutes, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy. Flip the fries halfway through the baking time.
7. Serve immediately.
