Crispy and delicious French fries, the perfect side dish for any meal. Preparation time is about 30 minutes, serving size 4.Ingredients:
- 4 medium-sized potatoes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- (optional) fresh herbs for garnish
Instructions:
1. Peel and cut the potatoes into long strips.
2. Rinse the potato strips in cold water and dry them thoroughly.
3. Place the potatoes in a bowl and add olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Mix well to ensure the spices are evenly distributed.
4. Spread the seasoned potato strips evenly on a baking sheet.
5. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for about 20-25 minutes, until the fries are golden brown and crispy. Flip them halfway through cooking time.
6. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
