A deliciously sweet treat made with ripe bananas, perfect for breakfast or a snack.
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 12 donuts
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas
- 100 g butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 dl sugar
- 4 dl all-purpose flour
- 1.5 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- Butter, sugar, and cinnamon for decoration
Instructions:
1. Mash the bananas in a mixing bowl and mix in the melted butter.
2. Add the eggs and sugar, followed by the sifted all-purpose flour, baking powder, and cinnamon.
3. Stir the mixture until smooth.
4. Lightly grease the donut pan with oil, pour the batter into a piping bag, and pipe the mixture into the molds, filling them about 2/3 full.
5. Bake in the middle of the oven at 180°C (350°F) for approximately 15 minutes.
6. Remove the donuts from the pan and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a plate. Bake the remaining batter as per the instructions.
7. Melt about 60 g of butter and mix it with sugar and a few tablespoons of cinnamon.
8. Brush the melted butter over the donuts and sprinkle with the sugar mixture. Serve immediately.
