Ingredients:

- 150 g blue love cucumbers
- 100 g fresh baby spinach
- 50 g feta cheese
- 1 dl blue berries (e.g., blueberries or white currants)
- 1 avocado
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Rinse and prepare all ingredients. Slice the love cucumbers thinly and cube the avocado.
2. In a large bowl, combine baby spinach, love cucumbers, avocado, and berries.
3. Crumble feta cheese over the salad.
4. To make the dressing, mix lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper together.
5. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine.
