Serving Size: 6-8 people
Ingredients:
- 6 eggs - 200 g smoked salmon
- 1 avocado
- 1 dl fresh dill
- 1 dl cream
- 1 dl milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 lemon
- 1 baguette
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 200 g fresh fruits (e.g., strawberries, melon, oranges)
- 1 dl mint (for fruit salad)
- 100 g nuts (e.g., walnuts)
Instructions:
1. Prepare the egg dish: Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease small ramekins. Crack the eggs into the ramekins, add cream, milk, salt, pepper, and dill. Gently mix and bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes until the eggs are set.2. Prepare the avocado filling: Peel and slice the avocado. Squeeze lemon juice over it to prevent browning. Also, slice the smoked salmon.
3. Slice the baguette: Cut the baguette into slices and brush with olive oil. Toast the slices in the oven for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
4. Prepare the fruit salad: Combine the fresh fruits in a bowl, add mint, and gently mix.
5. Serve: Arrange the baked eggs on plates, add avocado and salmon slices. Serve the toasted baguette slices and fruit salad separately, and sprinkle nuts on top.
