Ingredients:
- 200 g cream cheese
- 100 g graham flour
- 50 g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 200 ml cream
- 100 g berries (e.g., blueberries or strawberries)
- 50 g nuts (e.g., walnuts or almonds)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, graham flour, sugar, and vanilla sugar until well combined.
2. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
3. Pour the mixture into a serving dish and smooth the top.
4. Layer the berries on top of the mixture.
5. Chop the nuts and sprinkle them over the berries.
6. Allow to chill in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes before serving.
