Ingredients:

- 500 g turkey breast fillet
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 200 g fresh tomatoes, diced
- 100 g feta cheese, crumbled
- Fresh herbs for garnish (e.g., basil or parsley)

Instructions:

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion and crushed garlic, and sauté until they are soft.
3. Add the diced bell pepper and continue to cook for a few minutes.
4. Cube the turkey breast fillet and add it to the skillet. Cook until the meat is done.
5. Season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and oregano. Mix well.
6. Add the diced fresh tomatoes and stir to combine. Let it simmer for a few more minutes.
7. Serve the dish topped with crumbled feta cheese and fresh herbs.
