Ingredients:

- 2 dl heavy cream
- 1 dl milk
- 100 g sugar
- 2 tbsp matcha powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, combine heavy cream, milk, sugar, matcha powder, vanilla sugar, and salt. Ensure the matcha powder is fully dissolved in the mixture.
2. Whisk the mixture until well combined and slightly frothy.
3. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
4. If you do not have an ice cream maker, pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and place it in the freezer. Stir the mixture every 30 minutes until fully frozen (about 3-4 hours).
5. Serve the ice cream in bowls and enjoy!
