Mango Lassi Ice Pops

A refreshing and creamy treat perfect for hot days! These mango lassi ice pops are made with fresh mango, yogurt, and a hint of lime. Preparation Time: 15 minutes (plus freezing time)
Serving Size: 6 pops
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe mango
- ¾ cup plain yogurt
- Zest of 1 lime
- 1 - 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- Sugar to taste
Instructions:
1. Peel the mango, remove the pit, and chop the flesh into pieces. Place in a blender.
2. Add the plain yogurt and lime zest to the blender.
3. Squeeze in the lime juice, then season with vanilla sugar and additional sugar to taste.
4. Blend the ingredients until smooth and well combined.
5. Pour the mixture into silicone molds.
6. Place the molds in the freezer and allow to freeze for a short time.
7. Once the mixture starts to freeze, insert sticks into the molds (not all the way to the bottom).
8. Continue freezing until completely solid.
9. Enjoy your refreshing mango lassi ice pops!
