A refreshing Indian yogurt drink made with ripe mango, yogurt, and a hint of cardamom. Perfect for a hot day!
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Serving Size: 2 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 dl yogurt
- 1 dl milk
- 1 ripe mango
- 2 tablespoons sugar (or to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom (optional)
- Ice (optional)
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the mango.
2. In a blender, combine yogurt, milk, mango, sugar, and cardamom. Blend until smooth.
3. If desired, add ice to the blender and blend again until frosty.
4. Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately.
