A delicious and refreshing Indian drink that combines sweet mango and yogurt. Perfect for breakfast or as a snack.

Ingredients:

- 2 ripe mangoes
- 200 ml plain yogurt
- 100 ml milk (or plant-based milk)
- 2 tablespoons honey (or sugar)
- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom
- Ice (optional)

Instructions:

1. Peel and chop the mangoes to remove the flesh.
2. Add the mango, yogurt, milk, honey, and cardamom to a blender.
3. Blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
4. If desired, add ice and blend again.
5. Pour the mango lassi into glasses and enjoy immediately!
