Ingredients:
- 200 g all-purpose flour
- 100 g sugar
- 150 g butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 100 g chocolate (dark or milk chocolate)
- 100 ml nuts or mixed nuts (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Melt the butter in a saucepan and let it cool slightly.
3. In a bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, and baking powder.
4. Add the melted butter to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
5. Add the eggs one at a time, stirring well after each addition.
6. Chop the chocolate into small pieces and add it to the batter. If using nuts, add them now as well.
7. Pour the batter into a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
8. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, until the top is golden brown.
9. Allow to cool before serving.
