Ingredients:
- 600 g salmon fillet
- 200 g sour cream
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh dill (or 1 tsp dried dill)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Place the salmon fillet in a baking dish and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
3. In a bowl, mix together the sour cream, lemon juice, and dill.
4. Spread the sour cream mixture evenly over the salmon.
5. Drizzle olive oil on top.
6. Bake the salmon in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, until cooked through but still slightly pink in the center.
7. Let the salmon rest for a few minutes before serving. Serve with potatoes or salad.
