A delicious and easy meal inspired by Kaapo's playful spirit, perfect for the whole family. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 people
Ingredients:
- 400 g spaghetti- 200 g diced chicken
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 100 ml oat cream
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and keep warm.2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Add onion and garlic, sautéing until soft.
3. Add diced chicken and cook until golden brown.
4. Stir in the bell peppers and cook for a few more minutes until soft.
5. Pour in the oat cream and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Toss the cooked spaghetti into the sauce and heat for a moment.
7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil.
