A delicious and creamy dish that combines mushrooms, rice, and cheese. This risotto is the perfect choice for dinner or a special occasion.

Ingredients:
- 200 g fresh or dried porcini mushrooms
- 1 onion
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 300 g risotto rice
- 100 ml white wine
- 1 liter chicken broth
- 100 g mascarpone cheese
- 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Chives for garnish
Instructions:
1. Finely chop the mushrooms and onion. If using dried mushrooms, soak them in warm water until soft.
2. Sauté the mushroom-onion mixture in olive oil until fragrant. Add the rice and stir for a moment. Pour in the white wine and let it simmer until absorbed by the rice.
3. Gradually add the hot chicken broth to the rice, waiting for the previous addition to be absorbed before adding more.
4. When the rice is al dente, stir in the mascarpone and grated Parmesan. Season the risotto with salt and pepper, and top with chopped chives.
5. Serve the Tattirisotto immediately.
