Ingredients:
- Light toast bread
- Butter (a smear)
- Whipped sour cream
- Red onion (finely chopped)
- Vendace roe
- Black pepper (cracked)
Instructions:
1. Toast the light bread until golden brown and crispy.
2. Spread a thin layer of butter on top of the toasted bread.
3. Add a dollop of whipped sour cream over the butter.
4. Sprinkle finely chopped red onion on top of the sour cream.
5. Spoon vendace roe on top of the onion.
6. Finish with cracked black pepper.
