White Chocolate Blueberry Ice Cream

A delightful and creamy ice cream that combines sweet white chocolate with refreshing blueberries. Preparation Time: 20 minutes + freezing time
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 200 g white chocolate
- 2 dl cream
- 1 dl milk
- 2 dl fresh or frozen blueberries
- ½ dl sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)
Instructions:
1. Melt the white chocolate in a water bath or microwave and let it cool slightly.
2. In a bowl, whip together the cream and milk. Add the sugar and vanilla sugar, and continue whisking until the mixture is fluffy.
3. Gently fold the cooled white chocolate into the cream mixture.
4. Lightly mash the blueberries and add them to the ice cream mixture, reserving a few whole blueberries for garnish.
5. Pour the mixture into an ice cream container or mold and cover tightly.
6. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until the ice cream is completely frozen.
7. Let the ice cream sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving to soften slightly.
