A delicious and customizable snack perfect for a weekend treat, these stuffed baguettes can be filled with your favorite ingredients and enjoyed with friends or family. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 baguettes
Ingredients:
- 4 baguettes - 200 g ham (or other filling of your choice)
- 150 g cheese (e.g. cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 dl mayonnaise
- 1 dl lettuce (e.g. iceberg or arugula)
- 1 tomato
- 1 cucumber
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cut the baguettes open lengthwise. 2. Spread mayonnaise inside the baguettes.
3. Layer the ham and cheese inside the baguettes.
4. Slice the tomato and cucumber, and add them on top of the filling.
5. Add the lettuce and season with salt and pepper.
6. Close the baguettes and serve immediately.
