Delicious and nutritious skyr waffles, perfect for breakfast or as a snack. Easy to make and a healthy alternative!
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4-6 waffles

Ingredients:

- 250 g skyr
- 2 eggs
- 1 dl milk
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar (optional)
- Butter for greasing the waffle iron

Instructions:

1. Preheat the waffle iron.
2. In a bowl, mix the skyr, eggs, and milk until well combined.
3. Add the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Mix until a smooth batter forms.
4. Lightly grease the waffle iron with butter.
5. Pour batter into the center of the waffle iron and close the lid. Cook for about 3-5 minutes or until golden brown.
6. Repeat with the remaining batter.
7. Serve the waffles warm with berries, honey, or yogurt.
