This refreshing and healthy blue smoothie is a perfect breakfast or snack to brighten your day. Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
- 1 banana - 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon honey (or to taste)
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
Instructions:
1. Peel the banana and cut it into small pieces. 2. Add the banana pieces, blueberries, coconut milk, honey, ice cubes, and chia seeds to a blender.
3. Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
4. Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy immediately.
