Ingredients:
- 4 slices of fresh baguette
- 200 g Serrano ham
- 1 avocado
- 1 tomato
- Fresh basil
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Instructions:
1. Cut the baguettes in half and lightly toast them until golden brown.
2. Slice the avocado and tomato.
3. On each toasted baguette half, layer the sliced avocado followed by the tomato.
4. Generously add the Serrano ham on top.
5. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and drizzle with olive oil.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
