Delicious French pastry that combines bread and cake, soaked in a sweet syrup and served with fruits and whipped cream.

Serving size: 8 servings

Ingredients:

- 500 g all-purpose flour
- 75 g sugar
- 25 g fresh yeast
- 250 ml milk
- 100 g butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 200 ml water (for soaking)
- 100 g sugar (for soaking)
- Fruits (e.g., strawberries, kiwi) for garnish
- Whipped cream for serving

Instructions:

1. Warm the milk and dissolve the fresh yeast in it.
2. In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, salt, and vanilla sugar.
3. Add the yeast milk and melted butter to the dry ingredients. Mix until smooth.
4. Incorporate the eggs one at a time into the dough and knead until elastic.
5. Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
6. Grease a savariini mold and pour the dough into it. Let it rise for another 30 minutes.
7. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
8. Prepare the soaking syrup by mixing water and sugar in a saucepan, heating until the sugar dissolves.
9. Soak the warm savariini with the syrup.
10. Allow to cool and serve with fruits and whipped cream.
