Ingredients:
- 200 ml black tea- 100 ml milk
- 100 g sugar
- 200 g butter
- 300 g all-purpose flour
- 200 g almond flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 150 g fresh berries (e.g., strawberries or raspberries)
- 100 ml whipped cream
Instructions:
1. Brew the black tea and let it cool.2. In a bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4. In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, almond flour, baking powder, and vanilla sugar. Gradually add this dry mixture to the butter mixture, alternating with the cooled tea.
5. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake at 175°C (350°F) for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cake is done.
6. Allow the cake to cool and top with fresh berries and whipped cream before serving.
